Mietin nimiä mummolle ja papalle. Tuli mieleeni aika, kun olin hoidossa ennen koulun alkua 1960-luvulla. Ensimmäinen hoitaja oli Helmi mummo ja hänen miehensä nimi oli Vilho. Heidän muistoksi alakerran pariskunta on nimeltään Helmi ja Vilho Kivelä.

Vilho lukee lukee uuden pizzerian ruokalistaa, joka on avattu lähistöllä. Helmi mietiskelee ja katselee käsityötään. Yksi tyyny on jo valmis ja toinen on melkein valmis.

Paljon puuttuu vielä makuuhuoneesta enkä ole vielä varma huonekalujen järjestyksestä. Tässä kuitenkin kuvia tämän hetkisestä tilanteesta. Viimeisessä kuvassa on myös talon uusi asukki Berninpaimenkoira, Santtu.

I wonder names for grandma and papalle. Came to mind the time when I was in childcare prior to the start of the school in the 1960s. The first nurse was Helmi, grandmother and her husband's name was Vilho. Their memory of the couple on the ground floor is called Helmi and Vilho Kivelä.

Vilho watch a new pizza restaurant food list, which was opened in the neighborhood. Helmi is pondering and looking at craft work. One of the pillow is ready now and the second is almost complete.

Naapurin tädin, Selman, kesämekko -To neighbor´s aunt, Selma, summer dress

I ordered from PeeKaa tuote floral fabrics. I sew by hand to Selma summer dress from thin yellow cotton fabric. Lance is from Dolores.

Mummon uusi mekko - Grandma´s new dress

Mummon mekko ommeltu käsin ohuesta puuvillakankaasta ja koristeena punaista silkkinauhaa.

Granny´s dress is hand-sewn into a thin cotton cloth and decorated with red silk ribbon.

Pappa ja papan uudet vaatteet - Grandpa and grandpa's new clothes

Tilasin aikaisemmin tällaisen kirjan. Nyt sille on käyttöä. Hyviä kaavoja löytyy ja niitä vähän muuttelemalla saa vaikka minkälaisia vaatteita, suosittelen.

I ordered earlier this book. Now it is used. Good patterns can be found and if you changed a bit you can do all kind of clothes, I recommend.

Papan vaatteet olen ommellut käsin. Housuista tuli vähän relun kokoiset. =O) Muuten olen tyytyväinen. Pappa aloittaa kanssani talon rakentamisen ja tulee seikkailemaan mitä mahdottomissa paikoissa.

Granpa´s clothes I have sewn by hand. Pants became a little big size. = O) Otherwise I am happy. Granpa begin with me the construction of the house and comes to adventure in what is impossible in places.

Pappa on kiireinen, aikoo aloittaa jo heti. Äkkiä mukaan!

Seuraavana aloitamme alakerran kylpyhuoneen lattiasta ja seinistä. Huonekaluja on jo tilattu kylpyhuoneeseen. Kunhan saamme muuten kylpyhuoneen kuntoon saamme huonekalut paikalleen. Saa nähdä mitä mieltä mummo on, kelpaako??

Nukketalon asukkaat - The doll house people

Ajoin tänään mieheni kanssa Lappeenrannassa Biltemasta hakemassa sytykkeitä, niinkuin moni muukin ja Ruokolahdella noutamassa nuket, kilometrejä kertyi vähän yli 300. Kyllä kannatti ajella. En oikein tiedä mitä sanoisin, kun olen niin onnellinen Tillikan nukkemaailman nukkien omistaja. Valokuvat eivät tee oikeutta näille nukeille, nämä nuket täytyy nähdä livenä. Siis ne on niin hienoja, sanat eivät riitä kertomaan. Näin aluksi ainakin omia suosikkeja on pappa ja naapurin täti. Terveisiä Tillikalle, olet todella lahjakas nukentekijä! Katsellaan kuvia nukeista. Lupaan parempia lähikuvia myöhemmin. =O)

I drove today with my husband in Lappeenranta Biltema seeking stimulate, like many others, and Ruokolahti fecth dolls, mileage earned little more than 300 Yes supported the drive.
